The practice of yoga allows students to become one with their bodies. Carter Therapy offers yoga classes for all levels -- beginning, intermediate, and advanced -- and includes seated, meditation, pranayama, and asana. Each class is limited in students to offer a small, intimate environment that provides personalized care and attention.
Carter Therapy Yoga is offered outdoors in a open grassy area on Friday mornings from 9 am - 10 am. Please schedule accordingly.
At this time, all students are asked to wear their mask upon arrival and at departure. Once on the mat mask are not required.
