The practice of yoga allows students to become one with their bodies. Carter Therapy offers yoga classes for all levels -- beginning, intermediate, and advanced -- and includes seated, meditation, pranayama, and asana. Each class is limited in space to offer a small, intimate environment that provides personalized care and attention.
Carter Therapy yoga is offered regularly on Thursday mornings from 8:30 am - 9:30 am. Please schedule accordingly.
