Rock Your Crown Workshop The VIRTUAL Edition

Mindful Grace and Carter Therapy are proud to present a virtual interactive etiquette workshop designed to empower young African American students in Grades 2nd–5th and Middle School–High School. This online experience is crafted to build confidence, resilience, and self-love, all from the comfort and safety of home.

Through engaging virtual activities, meaningful discussions, and guided meditation, participants will gain essential life skills—including how to navigate racism and sexism with dignity—while embracing the beauty of their unique identities and cultural heritage.

Students will connect with peers in a supportive digital space, participate in dynamic group sessions, and leave with real-world strategies they can apply in everyday life.

By the end of this virtual workshop, students will walk away with:

• Greater self-esteem and self-awareness

• Practical tools to handle difficult situations

• A stronger sense of their own worth and individuality
