Just in Time for Back to School: Rock Your Crown – Part 3 with a Powerful New Twist!

Mindful Grace and Carter Therapy are back stronger than ever for Rock Your Crown: Part 3! This dynamic, interactive etiquette and empowerment workshop is designed to uplift and inspire young African American students in Grades 2–5 and Middle to High School, right as they head into a brand-new school year.

This time, we’re taking things to the next level with fresh content and powerful new tools to help students walk into the classroom with confidence, resilience, and self-love. Participants will gain real-world strategies for handling racism and sexism with dignity, while celebrating their culture, inner strength, and individuality.

What’s new? Alongside core life skills and grounding techniques like meditation, this installment features enhanced confidence-building activities, student-led discussions, and practical tips for navigating the school year with pride and power.

By the end of the workshop, students will walk away energized—with boosted self-esteem, a strong sense of self-worth, and the skills to face life’s challenges head-on.

Let’s help them start the school year proud, prepared, and ready to rock their crown.
